This presentation will over how we integrate corrective exercises with our performance enhancement programs at Champion PT and Performance.
Michael M. Reinold, PT, DPT, SCS, ATC, CSCS is considered a world-renowned leader in the field of sports medicine, rehabilitation, fitness, and sports performance. As a physical therapist, athletic trainer, and certified strength and conditioning specialist, Mike uses his background in sport biomechanics, movement quality, muscles imbalances, and manual therapy to specialize in all aspects of human performance.

Are Deep Squats Worth It?
In this presentation Tony will break down basic squat assessment strategies to better arm the fitness professional with the tools he or she will need to see if they’re a good fit for any given athlete or client. He’ll touch upon some common misconceptions that are prevalent in the industry like, “Does everyone have to squat deep?” and “Is squatting deep dangerous?”
He’ll also discuss some “big rock” coaching cues he likes to use to not only coach the squat but also to help troubleshoot squatting technique.
Tony Gentilcore is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association holding a bachelors degree in Health Education with a Concentration in Health/Wellness Promotion through the State University of New York at Cortland.
